`To which destination are there deliveries?

Our courier delivers to Canada, United State of America and United Kingdom.


`When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed during normal working hours (from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST) will normally be processed the same day (up to one handling business day) and the delivery follows national standards of the country of reference. For urgent deliveries, the orders must be forwarded before 3 pm EST and can choose delivery urgency option.

Deliveries and processes are not made on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays so any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following working days.


`What is the difference between date of order and date of shipment?

The date of order refers to the exact date of order and confirmation on the website.

While the date of shipment refers to the exact date that the goods are handed over to the courier to be shipped.


`Do You deliver to the workplace directly?

We can also deliver directly to your place of work. We can clearly state your name and specific coordinates for delivery as you have described. The parcel can be collected by a different person from the one on the order.


`I have lost my tracking number, what do I do?

Your tracking number has been sent to you via email with your order confirmation.

If you lost it, you can enter into MY ACCOUNT and see your tracking number in your order history. As an alternative, you can contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE who will be happy to assist you.


`You have verified the tracking of your shipment but something is wrong, what should I do?
